Remote Control
Efficient, secure remote computer interface provides live visual mirror
and input control of the remote PC.

controlling it, just as if you were sitting in front of it.
File Transfer
Easily transfer files, folders and directories between local and remotely
accessed computers. All transfers are encrypted and secure so your
data is always protected. You never again need to email files to yourself
or copy to floppies. The assisted party can disable file transfer.

Desk Chat
Allows you to communicate with the user sitting in front of the
remote computer as you would with any instant messenger software.
So you can work on the computer remotely and keep the user updated
at the same time.
Security
S1V uses a highly compressed, encrypted stream to ensure data confidentiality
without sacrificing performance. All traffic between the assisting
and assisted machines, including screen images, file transfers,
copy/paste operations, keyboard/mouse input and chat text, etc.,
is protected with 128-bit SSL encryption.
Authentication
For every access, both parties – controlling and controlled
- are forced to login, and their identities is verified. A session
password, agreed between parties, and only known by them has to
be established and confirmed.
This ensures that only with the physical presence of the authorizer
a session can be established. Unassisted or unauthorized access
to any machine is never possible.
Auditing and Logging
All events including unauthenticated connection attempts are logged
onto our central servers. Both parties have full audit control and
can record the session for later playback.
Firewall / Proxy Friendly
Besides encrypting, S1V generates only http traffic – the
protocol used by your web browser. Also, all connections are always
generated from the PCs to the S1V site. No connection is ever done
to the PCs, therefore you won't have to bypass or compromise your
firewall, preserving conform to all corporate security policies.
Dynamic IP Support
There is no requirement to have a fixed IP address. Dynamic IP addresses
are fully supported by S1V.
